What can I expect from a partnership with ebm?
A: Exactly that…a partnership. We are a true partner with you. Your success is our success. Every step of the way we are there for you. Not only do we do all of the “heavy lifting” like loading demographic information and plan data, we support the system on both the broker and employer side. We also help you with marketing the platform and we are available for client meetings, webinars and seminars. That is what separates us from any other provider out there.
Why wouldn’t I just go to these vendors directly?
A: If you are a broker, you can. That is always an option, we will even give you the contact info for sales reps. Keep in mind to start now and get where we are may take you several years. We are experts in benefits administration and have the experience needed to get you started today. An investment into a technology platform is a costly and risky endeavor. A partnership with us doesn’t cost you a dollar. If you are an employer chances are you can’t use these services directly plus working with us allows you to get experts to help you and gives you access to technology you can’t get anywhere else.

I'm a Broker/Consultant/TPA? What is the buy-in?
A: Our partners never have to meet monthly minimums or buy into any technology. No upfront costs, no implementation fee, no set up fee, no renewal fee, no training fee, no support fee. Just an industry low PEPM. It’s that easy.
How does the relationship work?
A: For brokers that use our solutions, their client is their client. We do not sell insurance and never compete with brokers and we don’t solicit their clients for anything…EVER. Brokers retain AOR on all of their business. Employers that choose to use us directly without involvement from their broker can do that as well. We keep it very easy.
I'm an Employer, what does this cost us?
A: The only cost to using our platform is a small Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) fee. There is never a charge to our partners for setup or implementation unless there is a cost to us for a build out of a vendor connection (such as EDI). Even in those cases we do our best to keep the costs at a minimum. We also have discount programs in place which can allow you to offer the platform at an even more reduced rate than our industry low prices are at. Bottom line is, no one can compete with our service model, platform offering and pricing structure.
